Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These terms govern the use of CowTicket, an online ticketing platform for event organizers, provided at cow-ticket.dev. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use CowTicket on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

1. What CowTicket is

CowTicket provides software: tools to publish ticket types, take orders, deliver e-tickets, check guests in, and view sales. Events are created, priced and run by their organizers. We are not the organizer, promoter or seller of any event, and we are not a party to the transaction between an organizer and a ticket buyer.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and under API keys you create, including actions by team members you invite.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.

3. Payments and fees

Paid orders are processed by Stripe through the organizer's own connected Stripe account. Charges are made directly on that account and payouts follow Stripe's schedule and terms — CowTicket does not hold organizer funds. To sell paid tickets an organizer must complete Stripe's onboarding and keep their Stripe account in good standing.

CowTicket charges a platform fee on paid orders at the rate agreed for your account, collected automatically as part of each charge. Stripe's processing fees are set and collected by Stripe and are separate from our fee. Fees on refunded orders are handled as described in the refund policy.

4. Organizer responsibilities

  • Describe events, prices and conditions accurately to buyers.
  • Hold the event as advertised, or refund buyers if it is cancelled.
  • Set and honor a clear refund policy for your event, and handle refund requests from your buyers.
  • Collect only the attendee information you genuinely need, and use it only for the event.
  • Comply with applicable law, including consumer-protection and tax obligations on ticket sales.

Events that are unlawful, or ticket sales that are fraudulent or misleading, are not allowed on the platform and may be removed without notice.

5. Tickets and check-in

A ticket is valid for one entry unless the organizer states otherwise. Tickets already checked in, voided by the organizer, or belonging to refunded orders will be rejected at the gate. Admission decisions at the venue are made by the organizer.

6. Service and availability

We work to keep the service available and fast, especially during on-sales and event days, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve features over time; if we ever discontinue the service we will give organizers reasonable notice to export their data.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CowTicket is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, for the quality or cancellation of events, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request closure of your account. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — including fees owed, liability limits and data-retention obligations — survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
